Requirement– Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance
Job Description–
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate/ CA
Experience : 2+ Years of experience in handling finance department with Microfinance/SFBs/NBFC
Core competencies :
·Preparing Proposals and Writing Report and comments after analysing the Financials of the Company with analysis of future Projections.
·Presenting the analysis of Financial Statement on CMA data and Spread Sheets as per RBI
· Maintain errorless relationship with FIs
· Timely submission of institution specific reports
· Achievement of Liquidity Plan
· Hypothecation of book debts and required certificates
· Analysing cash flow and managing funds
· Regular updation of Repayment schedule
Analysing industry key ratios, update on RBI notifications
Skills :
·Incumbent should have good Analytical & Logical skills
·Strong functional knowledge
·Data accuracy
Proficient in handling MS Excel and presentation
