As a ” Risk Management” you will report and Assist the Chief Risk Officer in setting the strategic risk management vision for the organization and execute the strategy in partnership with various stakeholders.

Requirements
• Minimum: 6 Year experience.
• Reporting should be to CRO.
• Should have worked on Retail risk, Collection Strategies & Analytics, Portfolio risk analysis, Delinquency check, Hind sighting, Risk & Control assessment.
• Deep knowledge of business processes in retail lending in banking or NBFC.
• Work experience in core risk management areas like Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Credit Risk or Market Risk in a retail environment. Good understanding of risk management tools and practices.
• Highly developed facilitation skills and analytical skills. Ability to build & leverage relationships across the organization.
• Excellent skills in data visualisation, analytical tools and business communication
• CA / Masters degree in Finance/Economics/Business Management or related discipline
