Ess Kay Fincorp is looking for Credit Policy & Risk Manager at Jaipur (Head Office)
Job Description:
• Designing , implementation & adherence of credit policy. Oversee changes to the Credit Policy, risk appetite and risk limits.
• Robust knowledge of end to end process and LOS is must. Experience in digitisation and automation of credit and allied processes.
• Identifying and mitigating gaps in lending system and processes.
• Vetting of all credit policies from the angle of inherent and control risks.
• Portfolio Monitoring of asset on regular basis and submitting reports to Senior Management
• SWOT analysis of portfolio.
• Identification, measurement and mitigation of risks.
• The profile shall be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the lending portfolio by planning & directing all aspects of credit risk.
• Prepare reports deemed necessary to convey loan and portfolio to management and board.
• Interact with Executive Management as well as leadership of all departments.
• Complete reviews/ projects and additional work within specified timeframe.
Skills & Competencies:
✓ Must be CA
✓ Minimum 7-8 yrs of experience in Banks/ NBFCs
✓ Ready to travel PAN India
