Urgent Requirement at Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Ltd. Customer Manager – Affordable Housing

Required Qualification: Minimum Graduate / 12+ HL or LAP Experience.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience handling Housing Finance products.

Job Role :

Develop and generate business Leads follow up & systematic closure .

• Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field .

Conduct field visits for customer meetings , field investigations / other checks , relationship development and market mapping .

Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted . Collections / Recovery from customers .

.Ensuring complete documentation , stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to minimal .

Customer service – Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis .
