Experience: 20+ years preferably in NBFC / MFI industry
Required skills: Analytical skills, Risk Management(detection and mitigation), Adaptability with cross-functional working culture, Deep understanding of Business and Unit Economics, experience in microfinance products like group loans will be preferred.
