Position: Branch Manager (Agency Channel – SMC & AMC).
Location – Kolkata
BM’s Responsibilities:Exide Life Insurance
• Execution of sales strategy with FOS.
• Responsible for recruitment and management of leads.
• Train and motivate team to provide a better understanding of market / products.
• Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
• Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGO’s etc.
Any graduates can apply.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years as a BM in Life Insurance is only preferred.
