We at AU Bank are hiring for the Branch Banking Strategy & Execution Team (team directly reports to Group Head – Branch Banking).
The role offers an opportunity to be part of the leadership team that is building the next big thing in Indian Banking. It offers an opportunity to work both on the core strategy piece as well as seeing through the implementation of the same which entails visiting on the ground (both in Urban and Semi-Urban/Rural areas).
Position Title: AVP/DVP/VP
Applicant must be from IIT and an MBA (IIMs preferable, MBA from Tier-1 Institutes can also apply).
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Sales, Consulting, Market Research, Consumer Behaviour in large scale B2C businesses.

· Good exposure in practical problem-solving skills with exposure to working around stringent deadlines.
