-Candidate must be experienced in
– Laying down the strategy for achieving business sourcing numbers in line with the overall new business plan with the Management & New client acquisition from month to month for every partnership in the assigned state.
– Timely developing & executing business expansion leading to addition/reduction/merger of branches, competitor’s analysis & suggest innovative modifications.
EffectiveLeadership,Training & Development
To develop healthy and transparent culture.
– Monthly Review of performance of the staff against laid down parameters.
Impart quarterly process & implementation training to the team.
Experience – Min 8 Yrs in Finance ( SME , Mortgage , LAP , Business loans, Personal loans , Home loans ) only.
Salary – Upto 15 lacks with Other Benefits.
