Job Description
•Undertake local BTL marketing activities to generate fresh gold loan leads
•Enroll and activate business connectors for gold loan business
•Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by Central call center and Corporate office
•Coordinate with customers. Explain and suggest need based product to customer
•Coordinate with branch operation team for processing loan within stipulated TAT
•Follow up with delinquent customer for collection
