· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking operations or process management.
· Strong communication, analytical, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders
· Additionally, candidates should have a good understanding of existing banking processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

· Developing and implementing efficient and effective operational processes for the division.
· Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement, streamlining, and automation.
· Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of processes.
· Communicating process changes, updates, and improvements to all relevant stakeholders.
· Conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure that all employees understand and follow the division’s operational processes.
· Monitoring and evaluating process performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
· Preparing reports and metrics to track process performance and communicate results to senior management.
