We are looking Training Manager for Mortgage Loan at Gurugram Location.

Job Description:

*Training and Development for Mortgage Loan:*

o Functional, behavioural & skill development training for ML employee

o Design & execution of campaign /Contest for Mortgage.

o Conduct branch Mortgages training (product & process) as per the calendar -Visit Branches outside the home branch and adherence to the training calendar.

o Time to time engagement programs for employee’s engagement and performance improvement

o Training evaluation metrics & reporting for the product function -Maintaining documentation on training conducted, Send monthly reports.

o New hire training.

o Performance & productivity tracking of each employee.

o Data Maintenance for ML.

Requirement:

o Design campaign /Contest

o Branch Visit for Mortgage product & process training
